EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We have a very simple and fast return and replacement policy. Please call our complaint department within 24 hours from the delivery time. As soon as we hear from you, we will arrange for a return or replacement.

Exchange Condition: Customers can exchange their purchased products within 7 days. 

After confirming the exchange request it will take 7-10 Working days.

A user may exchange any product during the time of delivery, or if :

            01. Product does not meet user’s expectations.

            02. Found damaged during delivery

            03. Have doubt about the product quality and quantity

            04. Received in an unexpected condition

            05. Is not satisfied with the packaging

            06. Finds product unusable

 

But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

          01. Damages due to misuse of the product

          02. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

          03. Any consumable item which has been used / original seal broken/tampered

          04. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

          05. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

          06. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box,                                      manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

REFUND POLICY:

Door Lock Bangladesh tries its best to serve the users but if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 48 hours via phone/ text/ email. If the service, that Door Lock Bangladesh fails to complete, requires any refund, it is done maximum within 07 Days after our acknowledgment.

Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:

          01. Unable to serve with any product.

          02. Customer returns any product from a paid order.

          03. Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched.

Door Lock Bangladesh will transfer the refund amount to the user’s original payment source Debit or Credit card / bKash / Mobile recharge within 07 days. Door Lock Bangladesh will not promote cash refund.

 

SUPPLY POLICY:

Door Lock Bangladesh is responsible for manufacturing and packing some of its consumable and external use products, Door Lock Bangladesh also use suppliers product, therefore, Door Lock Bangladesh tries to control the quality, but do not give quality assurance for any except Door Lock Bangladesh own-brand products.

If any user, at the time of receiving the order delivery, finds any product injurious to health/ life/ security, we will take full liability and will accept the return of that product. If the user faces any threat after 12 hours of the provided delivery, we will consider it as a lacking within the quality assurance from the manufacturers or suppliers.

All products displayed on the website are subject to change and are subject to availability.

Door Lock Bangladesh reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on Door Lock Bangladesh. You are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications. Your continued access or use of Door Lock Bangladesh shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
